After being reset and plugged back into computer to charge, a red light pops on as soon as plugged back into usb port to charge and will not turn on.

Put a pin in the reset button situated in the tripod hole.Do it three times for about thirty seconds each time. Also depress the on off switch for about thirty seconds.Put it in the usb port of your computer to charge. After about thirty minutes or an hour the screen should go white.A battery shows on the screen.Wait till the battery shows all green, then it is fully charged.

Sansa c250 not working at all!

2 Suggestions: 1) It may be that the battery isnt charged, let the unit charge fully 2) If that doesnt work, its probably time to send the unit back to sandisk

White screen only

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

My Sansa E260's screen is white and it won't turn off

After leaving it on all night and running the battery down I plugged it back in, it charged and everything is working fine. The morale of this story is, don't unplug it from the computer while it is in use.
