How to install this hardware ?

You may find software by using google search or Bing, (other search engines are available) but it will be a download, not a CD.

You should contact the seller through Amazon and explain your problem and then decide whether to send it back for refund or replacement.

The cd should have contained drivers and operating software.

If no drivers are installed you should have received a "new hardware found" message when you plugged in the tuner and the installation wizard could search the internet for and install a suitable driver though you would still need operating software.

Which brand and model printer do you have? Most manufacturers have a web site with the drivers available. (This does not include any third-party software that may be on the install disk. For that, you may be able to purchase a new software disc if you put in the serial number of your printer.)

For HP printers/scanners, go to http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers . For Canon drivers (USA), see https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support . For Epson printers, start at https://epson.com/Support/Printers/sh/s1 . For Brother hardware, see their solution center at http://www.brother-usa.com/Support/ . At any of these sites, enter the printer model number.

Some newer printers may not need a driver installed from a web site. For those, the driver is available through the OS (Microsoft Windows or Mac OSX). In that case, connect the printer to the computer via a USB cable. Make sure that the computer can access the internet to obtain the driver. Check the documentation from the support site before doing this. If you install the default OS driver, some features on the printer or scanner may not be available. (Thus an all-in-one becomes a printer only until you uninstall the generic driver and install the full-feature software from the manufacturer.)

First I would make sure your using the right media, sometimes when you purchase a 50/100 pack of DVD-R you will find a couple dead disks that the drive wont recognize.

Second I would make sure you have an easy to use burning program installed, either Roxio or Nero are my personal fan favorites. Both of these work like a charm and have a simple interface.

Third if your drive isnt even detecting that it is a DVD Burner then go to control panel / add/remove hardware and look (about midway down) through the list for your disk drive. Un-install and re-install the drivers for it. It should automatically install without having to download the drivers but if you go to www.hp.com/support and click on DOWNLOAD then you can find hardware specific drivers for your unit.

Fourth you may need to replace the drive. If none of the above work then we have determined that it is not a software issue with the device. Its easy to find cheap replacement drives for the unit simple go to www.sparepartswarehouse.com I live by it and its a great site to find n e thing you need!

This low-level program is responsible for processing the data between the sound card hardware and the operating system.

This error occurs due to the following reasons: Faulty RAM, registry errors, incompatible drivers, hardware failures, faulty BIOS configuration, Viruses.
Follow the steps below to avoid the BSOD error message occurs again.
Check whether the RAM installed in your computer complies with the motherboard specs. Replace the RAM if needed. You can also check the systems with a friend's RAM to know whether the error message is due to RAM.
Use a free registry cleaner/fixer software available to clean/repair your windows registry. (Ccleaner is good at this)
Do not install incompatible device drivers. Install only Microsoft Signed drivers. Update your existing driver software from the corresponding device manufacturer's website.
If you have installed/changed new hardware, check whether it is supported by your system. Also check whether it is installed properly. If needed test the systems without the faulty hardware. Check whether you've installed correct/signed driver software for that particular hardware.
If you have reconfigured your system BIOS, set it to default/optimal/recommended settings and test the system. Disable features like BIOS caching.
Use an original and up to date antivirus system like Norton, McAfee or Kaspersky and run a full systems scan.
Keep your windows updated with current patches and fixes to protect the systems from unwanted troubles.
