Check its main digital board.

check you have nothing jamming the printer spool, i fixed one of these last week only to find that the person kept it on the floor and had dropped peanuts inside, once cleared obstructions printer working fine

A high pitch noise comes normally from blown capacitors from the motherboard or the power supply. But mostly high pitch noise comes from power supplies.

You could have to open up the power supply to see them.

Verify if it is the case and replace the faulty part.

Looks like the printers internal electrical components have gone. if there is a tranformer in your printer then that is making that noise. or else even the motors might also be gone.

my strong suggestion take it to any authorized service personnel

Try replacing your laser unit. They are known to make a high pitch sound when they go bad.

when two red lights flash, come to a complete stop at the intersection..ok..now for a solution.

unplug printer from wall and computer..

wait 5 min.

plug into wall only

try the test page again..
