Help i just got my mp3 YP-U3 and it came with a small CD so i put it in the computer but nothing happened am i supposed ton put it in the computer or what? and also I DO NOT know how to download music to it . what should i do?

First connect your mp3 to your pc[if you have it ]If it asks for drivers then insert the cd in your CD ROM I repeat CD ROM or any other device connected to your pc where a cd can Be inserted.
Install the drivers.

You will have a software in that cd if it is mp3 player utillities then intall it if it is not please don't coz that the best software.Use this software to format,upgrade and add music files to your mp3 and now what else dude ENJOY. ;-)

go to my computer> properties>hardware > device manager >universal bus driver>right click on it> update driver>
then1 
1.yes this time only> next 2.choose advanced option>next 3don't search i"ll update from........>next4.click on show campatible> next> next 5. now it updated then restart you computer 
Then try to format your drvice sir hope this is helpfull or if problem still please type in comments

Yp-u3 mp3 does not work at all.
i once had this problem all i did was to, press the restart button and i worked again, nothing was erased everything stayed intact and it was working again.
so try that and let me know. ma email is [email protected]......... franklin

Hi Guys,

Downloaded Microsoft Media Player version 11 and installed.
I recall somebody mentioning this somewhere. Now when I go to device manager and select update driver the YP-U3 device driver is found automatically.
Also downloaded other software from Samsung website.
