Sharp Aquos LC-32GH5 and MacBook problem, HELP! I've recently bought a 32" Aquos and want to use it with my MacBook as a secondary monitor and screen for movies, etc... I bought all the appropriate cables (mac mini DVI->DVI, DVI->HDMI and a optical TOS cable) When connected the video comes through brilliantly, but there is no sound. The TOS cable runs from the stereo jack of the Mac to a similar jack on the Aquos that is labeled as the same input as the HDMI port (#2)as per the manual, i've also set the "PC sound in" settings to the stereo jack and HDMI2. anyone else have similar problems or know an easy solution for this?

try to unplug it for 15 minutes, if tyhat does not fix it, yo can reset all funtion to default, that will take care of it

i need a pedestal stand for sharp aquos 32 inch tv and do not know where to get. check on line it seem no one has it. where can i get one? do not want to spend a lot of money not more than 50 dollars.

They were very nice about it, and I already have a technician coming to my house on Saturday and I called on Wednesday.

I doubt Sharp's policy alot less now!
