Have a network printer, HP2550L. I can print a test page with no problem but prints unwanted characters when printing from Photo Printing Wizard. I'm using PCL5 driver from http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=388396&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=388394&swLang=8&taskId=135&swEnvOID=2093.

In windows, go to Control Panel choose Printers and Faxes. Right click on the printer you want to print a test page from and select Properties. From the properties window there is a button at the bottom that says Print test page
It is called a manual duplexing option, the bottom rung of the duplexing ladder, you phisically have to take out the peice of paper after one side is printed, turn it over and reinsert it
whaen you give print out choose the proper printer and remove unwanted printer form the system .and when u giving the print command make sure you choosen proper option like slides,handout and the current page accordingly give the option and see how is the print preview.
Press the Go and Rotate Carousel buttons simultaneously. This will calibrate the printer. See if this works.
Otherwise....Remove all cartridges and drum. Switch off printer. Close the lid. Switch on printer and wait until any churning stops. Insert the drum and close the lid. Wait until any churning stops. Put in one cartridge at a time, closing the lid and wait till it stops churning each time. With the last cartridge put in, it will churning longer (calibrating). Try to print from your computer.
It could also be that the toner could actually have run out for the other colors.
When you say it is printing "unwanted pages," what is it printing? Are they blank? If so, you may need to reformat your pages. What program are you printing from?
This sounds like a driver issue, the wrong driver may be in use or may be corrupted. Go into Control Panel > Printers and delete the printer, then reinstall it using the drivers that came with the printer.
