Water leak is the common issue in split a/cs. Due to coil, air filter, drain pan dust blocked, less rpm of blower motor, short of gas. If service for the unit is more than 4 months, please do it first. And then check rpm of blower motor, if less replace capacitor. Check gas pressure. Must be 60 PSI @ 98*F, of ambient temp. If less than that find leak and arrest and do gas charging. Thanks.

Set switch to low cool and the switch with the blue scale about 1/2 way thru the blue scale shown on the switch (Knob) Both your A/C units may be set on heat, double check position on switches, (Knobs)
Your condensor fan motor has more than likely gone out. This fan should run at all times when the unit is on. Since the fan isn't working then the motor must have gone out.
YOU DRAIN IS STOPPED UP, FIND WHERE YOUR WATER DRAINS OUT AND CHECK THE END AND SEE IF IT IS BLOCKED OR YOUR DRAINED IS STOPPED UP INSIDE WHERE THE COIL IS.
