F-1 is a fault code.
Disconnect the power plug or turn range power off at circuit breaker. Wait a couple of minutes, then plug the range in or flip the range circuit breaker to ON.
Oven control beeps & displays any F code error (for example
F11) - Electronic control has detected a fault condition. Press
CLEAR/OFF to clear the display & stop beeping. Reprogram
oven. If fault recurs, record fault number. Press CLEAR/OFF &
contact an authorized service agent.

I have an f1 message so I have to unplug my stove so the beeper would turn off, while in f1 I can't use my oven

cut the red wire feeding the plezo-beeper between the fist and 2nd circuit boards. This is a common problem in Magic Chef glass top stoves and the company, now owned by Whirlpool, should have been subjected to a class action suit
self cleaned oven, now getting F1 error and oven will not turn on
How to clean door window between the glass panels
