you have to remove the cluster of door switches out of the arm of your door usaully phillips screwdriver once you have it out flip over undo the screws holding the harness to the switch assembly unscrew the bad set or replace the cluster from a junk yard or part store reassemble in reverse alldone

You need to fit a new door lock.
Remove front of door seal, and fit new door lock.

Once those cables break, the window regulator is history.
Cheapest way is junkyard regulators.
