Make sure the drivers are installed and you're selecting the correct printer in the drop down box for setting up the printer, if it is not selected to the right printer it will just go to the que. Also make sure the printer cable is connected to the computer and is plugged in.
Drivers for this printer are not available for Windows Vista and Win 7, so you simply need to connect the printer to the PC and the drivers will be installed automatically without any disk.

Are you using a factory new ink cartridge?
Please consider the following:
If you are using a refilled or third party cartridge that may well be your problem. Most manufacturers build logic into their products to prevent the use of “Other Equipment Manufactured” cartridges as well as re-filled cartridges.
They do this to prevent problems from contaminated inks causing problems with print quality or damaging the physical printhead.
If you are using factory new cartridges, then please call the manufacturers Technical Support for assistance with the warranty on the cartridges

Driver could be corrupt. Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud
