Hinges are loose

I want to open my Clie to access the hinge screws because I think they just need tightening. I have tried removing the visible screws but could not open it. I am looking for a service manual. Any clues?
Thank you in advance.

I have a Miele H4250B oven in which the door hinge is broken. I have the replacement part, but I am not sure how to remove the old hinge from the oven

I have the same model Miele and ordered a replacement part. I have 2 Miele ovens side by side, and a door hinge on both ovens began to malfunction. I ordered and received the hinge , but when I started to install it, I found that the hinges were fine! The issue was that the 3 screws that hold the hinges to the oven frame came loose. One of them had fallen out on each of the doors, they had to be jiggled in order to close properly, which was not satisfactory. The ovens were installed 13 years ago by the original owners.

You will need to slide the oven out of its enclosed space and unscrew the sheet metal siding in order to gain access so that you can unhook the coil spring attached to hinge. I found that one of the small machine screws has fallen out on the 2 malfunctioning hinges. Once the spring is unhooked, you can align the hinge to screw it back in, and tighten the other screws that hold the door hinges. The screws on the other side has also become loose.

Case loose round hinges

If the screws securing the hinges to the base of the laptop is loose then tighten these screws.
Hinges have no tightening adjustments and loose/faulty hinges need to be replaced.
These WEB sites can assist you to replace these hinges.
Replacing a hinge, or both of them, isn't very tough.

Loose handle on H4900B oven door. How do I access it to tighten the screws/nuts?

Look at your booklet that came with the oven - the page that shows you how to clean the door. The inside glass panel folds upwards and outwards and you can then access the screw holding the handle in place. Unfortunately you need a rather strange star-shaped screw driver.... I had to go and buy one but that's a lot cheaper than a Miele engineer call-out.

If you can't find your instructions you will be able to look it up online.

My screen is loose, i would like to know how to tighten the screen..

You can take the laptop apart, and try to tighten the screws of the hinge. But i think the hinge is worn. You can try if the warranty covers it.

Good luck, and i hope this was helpful ;)

How do I access the drum to tighten the dryer fins

Disconnect power to the dryer !!! Remove the 2 screws holding the door hinges on and remove the 2 screws opposite the door hinges . This will let you pull the top of the front panel outward and lift off the bottom clips . If you have enough room , slide your arm thru the front opening to tighten the screws . Otherwise , remove the 2 screws holding the clips for the top , 1 on each side , and lift the top , to get better access to the screws .

I have a whirlpool gold side by side that makes aloud popping noise when opening and closing right door

Sounds like the door closer is bad or screw loose . Remove the top hinge cover and the 3 screws holding the hinge . Remove the food from the door first . After removing the 3 bolts , lift the door from the bottom hinge . You can tell by looking , if closers need replaced or if the screw needs tightening . If closers need replaced , both come in 1 package ( 1 for the door and 1 for the bottom hinge .)

I have a Maytag Neptune dryer that has one of the agitators? that have come loose and am trying to figure out how to get to it to tighten it back up. It's an MDE5500AYW. Thanks

THE FRONT OF THE DRYER IS REMOVED BY OPENING THE DOOR AND REMOVING THE TWO SCREWS HOLDING THE HINGES TO THE FRONT PANEL. ALSO, REMOVE THE TWO SCREWS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE OPENING. PULL THE FRONT PANEL TOWARD YOU AT THE TOP. IT WILL BE HINGED AT THE BOTTOM. ONCE YOU HAVE IT TILTED TOWARD YOU, PICK IT UP OFF THE BOTTOM HINGES.
THERE ARE TWO RETAINING CLIPS HOLDING THE TOP DOWN AT THE FRONT CORNERS. THESE CLIPS ARE HELD ON BY A 5/16TH HEX HEAD SCREW. REMOVE THE SCREW AND CLIP AND YOU CAN LIFT THE TOP. IT IS HINGED AT THE BACK AND YOU CAN RAISE IT UP AND BACK OUT OF THE WAY. YOUY NOW HAVE ACCESS TO THE OUTER SIDE OF THE DRUM. ROTATE EACH OF THE BAFFLES TO THE TOP AND TIGHTEN EACH SCREW AS THEY COME TO THE TOP.

Electrolux Oven EOG9330

Hope this helps (technique used on EOG9330XN):
1) With the door open, on each hinge, there is a top cover which lies flush with the hinge. Simply swing this cover up and back towards you. This unlocks the hinge. Undo both and carefully close the door, holding it at the bottom. The door should be able to be pulled away from the frame now. Lay the door on a flat surface.
2) The oven will normally be attached to the surrounding built-in cupbpard. If so, unscrew all attachment screws (mine had at least three per side) and pull the whole oven out about seven inches, supporting if neccessary. Each side panel has a locating screw in bottom front corner, so remove the screw. Peel back the side panel (only thin alloy, but watch for sharp edges) sufficiently to see.....
3) The two side securing screws for the door hinge receiver should be visible. After pulling receiver forward, if loose, tighten securing screws (use lock washers if available, as Electrolux don't provide them).
4) Reverse the procedure to finish job, fitting the door in the near vertical position to engage hinges in the receivers. Support the door, lower to open position and flip the locking hinge covers back.
[This technique works if the hinges aren't worn and if the door doesn't close properly, it usually means that the receivers are loose and have been pushed back into the oven frame].
