My motorola slvr l7 will not accept files, says files too large. also my phone wont format the memory card (2GB sandisk). please help

Phone is new, no files can be loaded to the phone. Phone says too large. Micro memory is 2GB and cant bea formatted to phone. Could phone memory already be used up? Dont have card reader for micro memory

The space in your memory card might be not enought to receive a file and save. if the phone is not formatting the memory card,use a card reader.

You can try formatting on a PC, and try and use it then. Format it FAT32. and it just may work. If NOT it maybe faulty, your phone, may not "Like" that brand of MC,. try another. or the camera itself is faulty.

Memory card will not format

No. The maximum size of memory card supported by this model is 1GB microSD type only. So it wont recognize your 2 GB memory card.

Don't formst using PC. format in mobile itself..

setting--phone status--storage device--memory card & then select format using option button.

yes the L7 take up to 2gb in memory card try a new card or format it in the pc first then try it again on the phone.

Memory Card-Motorola L7

Well that phone holds up to a 1gb memory card but I would suggest getting a 512mb cause if you full the 1gb it will freeze your phone and it would of no use to you anymore.
