Pull out the tray and check the rubber roller assembly attached to the black removable piece of the tray. Check to be sure the rubber rollers have no flat spots, if they do, replace them. This black piece comes off and underneath should be a small spring. This spring sometimes comes off and the rollers do not remain upright. We have over 50 B6300s in service at my location and this is the most common "paper feed" issue we run into with these printers.

I have an OKI C3530 MFP that tells me to open the top cover due to a paper jam, but no paper anywhere. The machine was stopped in mid print and is now confused. Help!

Open the machine and remove the paper tray, the drum tray, the transfer belt and the fuser. Check all for a sheet or part sheet of paper. replace all and retry. If still register a paper jam have a look underneath to see if one of the paper pick up sensors is jammed open.

My oki c3400n continual paper jam's at the fuser. Paper comes out of the printer about 2 inches then jam's. I clear it and it happens again. Don't see any contamination on the fuser roller.

There are paper path cleaner sheets that you can get at supply stores or on line. They are sticky on both sides. They pick up paper dust from the rollers as it passes through the printer.

Mine did the same once and although at first I was convinced it was the printer reading incorrectly, in the end, after opening all the parts that open up, I did find a sheet of paper wrapped around the rollers at the back.

There are several reasons why this error keeps coming up, and seeing the date I will assume that you fixed it. But for those that are looking for the solution:
Sometimes it is caused by the feed rollers not picking up the paper - remove the trays and replace the rollers ($30 kit) both in the tray and in the printer.
Sometimes it is caused by a small piece of paper jammed in works somewhere. Remove all trays, turn it on its side and use a flashlight to look around. It really doesn't take much to mess it up.
Take a look at the tray roller and make sure it is spring loaded. If the spring comes out or the retarder breaks tis will cause misfeeds as well.

Paper Jam in OKI B4300 Led Printer

This printer is designed with a dual toner/drum chamber. Do not separate these two parts. Upon opening the lid, you will find the toner/drum assembly right in front of you. Pick it up with both hands and pull straight up. After that, you should be able to take the jammed papers. Know this: once a paper is jammed, printing another paper will NEVER take the first out. Just make sure to remove the complete papers. If they break, make sure you extract all the pieces.
