Just cleaned my Saeco Incanto and although the coffe grinds OK, NOTHING come out of the coffee dispensing heads. I have tried venting, running a clean program and powerign down and resartign from cold, but nothign appears to work. The reasons I cleaned the system in the first place is that I noticed that the coffee was not flowing at a continious rate. However, its not flowing at all now! Any advice? I have had the machine about two years and its been excellent!
First step, increase the grinder size. Note: only change grinder setting while the grinder is spinning. If that does not work, look into cleaning your brew group screens. The machine should have came with a key to remove the screen. If your machine as a preground option try making a preground coffee without inserting coffee to see if only water will come out. If water comes out then you know its your grinder. Usually too small of grinder sizes will stop water flow.

I'm having the same problem. I just decalcified the machine. During the decalcifying process two internal breakers where tripped so I opened the machine and reset the breakers on the heating unit. I then made an espresso. When I tried to make another, it just locked up as though there is a blockage in the brew group. The grounds and water for the espresso ended up in the tray once the brew group cleaned itself out.
I removed the brew group and cleaned it completely, makeing sure that water could flow though all the parts that it needed it to flow through. However when I assembeled everything together, it appears as though there is not enough pressure in the system to force the water through the grounds and out the espresso dispenser. Water flows through the steam unit but not through the espresso heads.
Ive played with the grinder setting and nothing, just wasted beans.
I have the same problem out of the blue with my Seaco Royal Espresso Machine. Cleaned everything, but no drip of coffee.
Well I ran all the clean programs I could and although I don't know what changed... Its now working OK. Perhaps there was an air or particle blockage, I odn't know, but I am happy its working and that I can have a decent cup of coffee again! Thanks for all the inputs and good luck with fixing your respective problems. Thanks, Andrew.
To Harryschmeck, there probably something stack into pipe when water is dispensing or in espresso head output...
