If your previous download is still on the computer, then it is correct when it tells you there are no new pics to download. If that's the case, why would you want to download them again?
Do you happen to be on a Mac when you downloaded the photos? If so, make sure to empty the trash (while still having the camera plugged in) after you delete them.
UNINSTALL the Kodak program. Reboot your pc. Connect the camera to the pc and let the pc recognize the camera and follow the wizard to download the pics.
Google Picasa3 and download the free software. It does recognize previously downloaded pics and does lots of other really fun things too. You'll love it.
if pics are on memory card remove card and get a memory card reader to download pics-not sure why camera beeps but at least get pics off card if possible
I've never used the RCA EASYRIP to download my pics to the device. I simply put the pics in the Opal file and they show up in the device when I turn it on. It may or may not work for you, but that's how I do mine. Hopefully this helps. -ArtFreak
If you are downloading your pic to the pc from the internet,leftclick on the pic,the select "save image as" and choose the location to which you want to save the pic, for example, save to desktop. from a USB flash drive, open the flash, click on the pic and drag it to the desktop. those are the simplest methods of downloading pics to the pc
