C600/c500: the power is on, yet the screen remains blank

My c600/c500 was recently repaired, but even though the power is on, the screen remains blank. circuit failure???

Try connecting a seperate screen - if it works then you back-light mught need replacing. if you see nothing still then you might want to take the laptop back to where you had it fixed

It sounds like that memory should be compatible with your tablet PC. It may be a bad memory stick -- try to replace it with a different memory stick (preferably from a different manufacturer) and see if it still gives you the same problem.
If you didn't have this problem before you installed the new memory, a different memory stick will likely correct the issue. You can also try removing the new memory and see if the PC boots up like it should.
