Manual is online:

A warning I'll pass on that I just learned:
I just lost 57 special messages that I had saved for years to follow up on, and learned the hard way (if you haven't come across it yet):
From page 6 of manual:
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOVING THE ANSWERER...
3. Go to the electrical outlet and unplug the power supply. DO NOT UNPLUG THE POWER JACK CONNECTED TO THE UNIT. If you do, all memory will be erased.
I wasn't even moving it to another place, the jack just came a little loose while moving it around the table, and all the messages disappeared. A very poor detail in an otherwise (in my experience) well-designed machine. Manual's page 6 covers this: http://www.fixya.com/support/p129719-ge_29869ge2_digital_answering_machine/manual-13322/page-6

Hi, somebody help me please ? I need incoming and outgoing phone call recording for my blackberry smartphone

To start off. Audio recording is only legal if you tell the person your talking too that your recording. With that said.
There are some apps for that in the app store for the Blackberry. If those fail. You could just go to RadioShack and get a stick on mic that sticks to the phone and plugs in to a recorder and go that way.

Not recording

Record Time sets the duration for recording the incoming messages. You have three
record time options. The options "1 minute" or "4 minutes" set the duration for
recording the incoming messages. "Announce only" answers the call but prevents
the caller from leaving a message.
1) Enter the Answ. Setup menu, and then the Record
Time submenu (see "Entering the Menu" on page 16).
2) Press volume up/down to select Record Time
(1 Minute, 4 Minutes, or Announce Only)
3) Press the OK soft key. You will hear a confirmation tone.
