Unable to download cd

most of the drivers are pre loaded on computer if your camera is not supplied with one( if the camera has one CD with it than insert the CD computer will load the required driver ) then check wich windows or mac version you are using load the version required to support this camera

Sometimes newer Windows operating systems are unable to run outdated software such as this. Although it is unfortunate, it also allows you to upgrade your software. Hope this helped!

Music file problem:
Your music might not be compatable with your MP3 player.
If you are using it with mac and windows.
like you used mac to put the music on but you try to use windows to delete the files.
Mac uses a diffrent file system to windows.

Then to use it on the Web, do this.

Web Camera's have to be setup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.
Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for the Audio and Video to function properly.

A. Skype Setup:
After downloading and installing Skype (http://www.skype.com/intl/en-gb/download/skype/windows/beta/downloading/ )
set it up as follows:
Go to Tools, then Options, and click on Audio Settings and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
Then click on the Video Settings.
The camera, if Installed Properly, it will come up and show a video picture.
Then, on the bottom of the page click save.
The camera and audio should function properly. Your friends and Family will now be able to see and hear you.

B. Yahoo Setup:

it's called ripping....when you put the cd in the cd rom...a window will pop up ..asking .... if you would like to play or rip music ...click rip ... and the music should go to your music folder

If you are running thought bootcamp for the windows partition have you installed the boot camp drivers?

If not, put in your OS X instalation CD and the auto run should open the instaler for these, jsut follow that thought restart the mac and see if it works then.

you have to download windows media player 10 i dont know if you can do that if you have a mac but you can try .You can search windows media 10 and download it free off the net .

I am assuming this is the G3010 HP Scanner. If it's not please clarify.

If this is the G3010 Scanner, if you don't find the MAC drivers on the CD, then visit this site at HP, in Safari and download to your MAC, begin the installation.

Is there an error? Does the CD/DVD indicate the MAC drivers are on the disc? Do you have another CD/DVD that indicates the MAC drivers exist on it?
