Your paper switch may have failed. Look at the back of the machine. The thing under all those crescent shaped paper guides is called the Integrated Receiving Tray Paper Switch. If it is hanging off the system on one side ensure it is properly locked on the system by pushing it in. Under the paper switch on the left side (right side of printer) is a little box secured by a 7mm hexagonal head screw. Take the box off and see if the connector from the paper switch to the back of the machine is seated properly. If it is, it may be a failure in the paper switch itself. If so, please call an Authorized Oce Service Representative.

There is a problem in the power supply section. Call for service, this is not user fixable.
SOURCE: oce tds 600 Error code 15504 machine stopped in
There seems to be a feed problem. I googled the error 15504 for the Oce printer and got this page. We did this (see photo) and that seemed to sort the problem out for the meantime (until service guy gets here). I dare say it's a sensor somewhere. So jam a roll of cardboard from a used roll in behind the roller (as in the photo) and that does the trick. Hopefully this works for anyone else with the problem.

Upper paper roll drawer knife sensor failure and incomplete cut of the PRDU rolls.
Check the knife of the upper roll drawer.
May be the rubber tow, which make knife move, is broken. Or one of the sensors(left or right) is dirty. Or knofe motor is not working.
You can check motor movement by using service sds test 12-6-001.
