The printer worked on everything but scan; when you pushed the scan button the screen would say "scanning" but nothing happened. I ran the install disk again and it gives you an option of fix problems and this worked for me. - Jim

Disconnect power cord, let it set 30 sec, reinstall cord. If problem still there pull out the printheads and reinstall, may have to do this a few times, if problem still there may need printheads.

Error 3802 Mean Print head Failure
Turn the printer Off and On, This problem is solved by this mostly.If the problem still there then remove the ink cartridges and the printhead .If the problem still there then do it again almost five times & if the problem still there then final option contact to kodak support

Kodak esp 5210 code error 3533 paper jam no paper in it

Leave the rear cover off, then spam the OK button if the error message remains on. I did that maybe 10 times in rapid succession, then hear a very distinctive CLICK in the back of the printer. I replaced the cover, the hit OK, the printer cycled through startup, and now it's operating normally.

is this the error message you recieved 1-2000 or tricode code for example 235x892. please verify what error message you recieved. Now if your recieved an erro mesage numbers you may need to reinstall the software of your printer. please download the latest software and drivers of your printer at kodak.com/go/downloads

Esp 5 all in one printe paper jam shows error. can't see where the paper is jammed. where do you start?

Go to www.kodak.com/go/itg and try the step by step solutions. If still you do not see the paper,call kodak @ 1800 421 6699 and they will replace the printer for you free of cost,even if Your printer is more than 1 year old,as all Kodak Esp printers are under warranty. Kodak is the best. Enjoy ,keep me posted.

Kodak esp 5 won't scan

call kodak @ 1800 421 6699. This step involves advanced troubleshooting and is related with the scanner drivers of the Printers. Kodak telephone support will take care of the issue.

Does anyone know what error code 3807 on a Kodak ESP 5 all in one is? And....can anyone tell me why the dammed thing tells me the print head is not installed every time I turn it on?

found a solution for your error code 3807 "System status failed"

To resolve the error condition:

Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary.
Wait until the printer is ready to use.

If the error condition continues:

Remove and install the Printhead two times before closing the Printer Access Door.
Wait until the printer is ready to use.

If the error is not resolved, contact Kodak.

Code errors on kodak easyshare esp 3

error code 3501 means the front access door is open on the printer. Error code 3502 means the paper tray is empty. The error code 3602 means the print job did not finish printing.
