I have a samsung ultra mobile pc, model NP-Q1. The display is not turning on. When I turn on the unit, there is a orange led blinking for some time and then it turns off

Please call your service provider, ie. Optus, they will be able to tell you what you can do, maybe they can reset your sim card or give you a new one for free.
