Resetting Voicemail Password

1. Reset Voicemail Password online at att.com.
2. You will receive a free text message confirming the voicemail password has been reset.
3. Press and hold the 1 to call the voicemail system from your wireless phone.
4. When prompted, enter your new secure 7- to 15-digit voicemail password, and then press the # key.
5. Follow the prompts to complete the voicemail password reset process.
6. You will now be able to receive and listen to voicemail messages.

go to time and date

change time and date

then save it then you should be ok then

Go into menu then settings. Look for clock or alarm.

Call the phone from another phone. This *should* update the time on the phone to show the correct time. I know this works when we go on and off of daylight savings time.
.or try taking the battery and then put it back.
or switch the phone off and then back on again.
