What it needs is a new oven thermostat fitting, much cheaper solution than buying a new oven, it is a fairly straight forward repair, if you require more details let me know.
PLz rats my solution.

SOURCE: My Whirlpool oven no longer heats to the set temperature.

Try to locate the thermostat sensor in the oven. It will be long about 5 inches, thin and cylindrical with a very thin wire coming from it. It should be bright and shiny. If it isn't buy some paint on oven cleaner from Lakeland and carefully remove the dirt. It may take a couple of goes. The sensor wire can be brittle so treat it with respect. Lakeland also do an oven temperature guage at a reasonable price if you need to check the temperature.

How do you recalibrate the oven temperature of a Whirlpool Accubake oven system

Hello,

To do that;
  1. Press BAKE

  2. Select a temperature of 550 or highest temp on some models its 500

  3. Quickly (within 5-seconds of setting 550) press and hold the BAKE button approximately 5-15 seconds until "00" or the previously entered temperature adjustment is displayed.

    Pressing longer could cause an F0, F1 or F7 error to be displayed.

  4. Press the UP/DOWN arrow button or turn the set knob to change the oven temperature in 5° increments to a maximum of +/- 35°

  5. Press the CLEAR or OFF button to return to normal operation.

Whirlpool RF375PXDN oven will not heat to desired or set temperature

The problem with the oven temperature not matching the set temperature could be caused by a bad temperature sensor. You can check the resistance of the temperature sensor with a volt/ohm meter. Unplug the range and remove the temperature sensor from the inside of the oven.Here is a link to the part.
