How do I get closed caption on Samsung galaxy tab S2

If you want to try a simple solution, Go to Settings, Wireless and Networks, then Turn on "Airplane Mode" wait until you see an airplane on the top status bar of your phone... then Turn OFF "Airplane mode"
If that doesn't work, and you want to reset your phone, take it to the place you bought it or any place that is on your carrier.

try ti use a different charger it might not be charging properly with your charger, it it charge that way it means its a problem with your charger

Hello,

first, test th charger with another phone to confirm if its working or not.

If the rempte is working, then it means the charging port of your phone is defective and needs to be replaced.
