Your laptop model Acer Aspire 3000 is not comes with inbuilt card reader,So you can buy external USB card reader, it may cost about $10 through which you can able to access your memory card in your laptop.

Maybe you turned it off. Try looking at your F buttons, for example Fn+F2 button, that button combination turns my internal webcam off and on)

Please tell me what operating system you have installed and what the specs your machine are,

try restarting the computer with the TV attached and check your display settings

all laptops are supplied with a pre installed copy of windows and the product key will be on a genuine windows sticker on the back, unless you have no sticker, in which case you will need to purchase a copy, as nobody is likely to be able to help if you have no product key and no Vista disc

i have an aspire myself and usually the card reader is on the left side of teh machine covered by a dummy SD card, push it in to click out.

the bluetooth unfortunately we had to install drivers for the bluetooth to make it work, an auto update will do the trick.
