Dear Sirs, I have a Venturer Portable DVD Player model number PVS11022 which was bought for me about 3 years ago. The player still works in the car but I have lost the mains adaptor which is a DC in 9v- 1.5A AC adaptor #SW0901500-W03, as indicated on the bottom of the player. I have accessed your website but the model number of the player is unknown. Please advise whether the mains adaptor is available in any electronic shops or am I able to order one from yourselves? As you can see below, I live in France. If I cannot purchase one from you, please let me know as soon as you can where I might be able to obtain one.
