Most probably a switching power supply problem. Have it checked by a qualified technician.

Just check with the batteries and check the settings of the remote. Please refer to your manual copy how to set up the remote control based on your TV. Most remote controls need to be set with the TV monitors before use.
Thanks...

The problem that you have could be really complicated or really simple...

There could be problems with your remote Controller such as - wrong batteries, remote controller is broken, it has a really short signal that cant reach the TV.
To solve this probme you have to buy a new Remote Controller, or return it back to the shop

Another problem could be with your TV.
The problem could be that your TV cant catch any signals, its is broken, It is not modifyied properly.
The only way to solve this problem is to return the TV back to the shop (owner) and show the problem.

Thank You.

Remote code for Seiki TV 32"

The "try the Samsung codes" suggestions works. I have a ONN (Seiki) LE-24G90. The first Samsung code on the HDTV list (1019) did the trick on my Telus CISCO ST6400 remote.
