The tray slides out, take it out and dump it, clean it and replace it every year. This is where the coils drip to when the humidity is high or it is working hard to keep cool, like if you just had a party and everyone was in the fridge.

The defrost circuit is not working, there are usually 3 things that normally go bad, defrost timer, defrost heater, and thermal switch. Would have serviceman check it out as cooling fins on coils will cut you like a razor.
Usually any defrost water sits in a plastic pan and evaporates away in normal operation. If the pan becomes brittle it cracks and leaks water. Pull the fridge out and look on top of the black pot (compressor) Is there a plastic drain pan sat on top of it? Sometimes if the fridge is working hard a lump of ice can form on the pipework going back to the compressor which melts causing some water at the front of the fridge. Lastly, the insulation under the fridge may have broken down, allowing condensation to form and drip. If the drain was blocked, the water would be inside the fridge, not underneath.

There are a few reasons why the refrigerator part will not cool...here are a couple of tips that will help you to figure out why the refrigerantor is not cooling...
The evaporator coil is in the freezer. When it goes into defrost, that water should go down a drain in the freezer into the drain pan. Open the freezer door and see if there is any ice in the very bottom of the freezer compartment. If so, then the drain may be clogged and will have to be cleared. It is necessary to remove all of the racks and baskets to get to the sheet metal that covers the coil. Remove that panel to get to the evap coil and look below it to find the drain. It may be necessary to use a hair dryer to CAREFULLY melt any ice. Be careful not to melt the plastic liner. When you think you have the drain cleared, check it with a large glass of hot water.
If there is no ice in the bottom of the freezer, take the grill off the bottom of the fridge to see if there are any leaks under the fridge.
Could also be a pin hole leak in the water supply line to the fridge.
the drain in the back of freezer is blocked
dismantle front of evaporator and deice drain
maybe so hot water over this should fix problem
whendrain is clear water should run donwn hole and collect in evaporator tray under fridge
you may need to mop up after you finish
Contact the dealer/Store you got it from, it should be under warranty. Without being flippant, make sure it hasn't been turned off by mistake at the wall.
IF YOU TAKE THE BACK PANEL OFF INSIDE THE FREEZER YOU WILL FIND A PIECE OF METAL UNDER THE EVAPORATOR COILS IN MIDDLE OF THIS METAL PAN IS A HOLE THAT LEADS THE WATER TO THE BOTTOM OF THE REF FOR EVAPORATION THE HOLE IN THE PAN IS PROBABLY PLUGGED TAKE THE ICE OUT AND CLEAR THER HOLE
try checking the tube that water drains out , it could be plugged with crumbs or old partials of food and causing the problem, This has happened with my fridge at one time , affecting the defrost cycle of the freezer and dripping water out of the door, The tube was located under the crisper in the back of the inside of my fridge, Hope this solves your problem
