My Fisher Paykel top loading washer has a leak. Water is oozing out from the bottom of the machine in the front. It's enough to wet the throw rug in front of it. Any suggestions? I cannot pinpoint it to any cycle. It just starts slowly leaking during the fill cycle and seems to continue throughout.

No clue to whether a top loader or a front loader, which is why we ask for full 'make model (what it is)'.
If it is only in the rinse cycle, and if it is a front loader it is likely to be spray of a crack in the box that is the detergent drawer and fabric softener mixer. The only way to find out is to remove the top after a wash and look for where the water came from.

Hi,It is due to a split in the flexible hose from the bowl to the pump. When machine is working, the split opens and closes, but when not operating it can be closed up enough to prevent seeing it leaking. .
Have you checked the pump on the bottom of the washer? You may have to empty the water out of the unit by hand. Then tilt the machine backward. The pump is on the bottom and no tools are needed to remove it. If the pump is wet or rusted then that should be your problem. Another way to check the pump is to remove the 2 screw ib the back of the machine on the top, and remove the electronic controlls. inside the machine is instructions to turn the pump on.
Check your water pump... When they get wet or leak, they will shut down the machine control. If you wait too long you will blow out your machine control completely. You most likely need a new water pump and it is easy to replace with no tools needed.
