If you forgot the security password, then you need to master reset the phone. contact your service provider to get the master reset code.

Unfortunately there is no original default code for this particular unit. At initial setup this unit gives an option of whether or not to set a security code and the first code that you input at that time is now retained by the unit.

It is electronically locked so that a thief cannot use the stolen unit unless that person knows the code you have set.

Therefore it is not a simple process of selecting the original factory default code. Neither can the unit be decoded or cracked as the initial code you entered is personalized and is not associated with the unit through any other database.

Therefore the only answer here to reactivate this unit is to return it to your nearest Panasonic service centre to be reset.

My friend have in car panasonic Cq-vx 100u them forgot the code. now Ineed a defaul code please sir.

The problem is that the panasonic cq-vd7003u does not support that function which sucks cuz i have one 2 the slightly newer verision PANASONIC CQ-VD7005U does have that feature. so sorry.

The security device was created to avoid you from watching DVD's while driving. It is simple to bypass. Simply take the parking brake wire (blue/yellow stripe wire) and connect it to the a ground wire (all black wire). This will trick the DVD player into thinking that the car is in park with the parking brake on at all times.

During code request mode PRESS AND HOLD SKIP UP >>/ SWITCH for approx 20 sec,you will see **** on the screen.
That will clear the code.
