I've been asking you to give me a solution tothe problem with my WS 8001 UM. After replacing the batteries, and resetting it, it jumps ahead three hours. It seems to be receiving the radio signal, but it jumps ahead three hours.

Leave batteries out overnight to reset. Try another set of fresh unopened batteries.

I suggest you hit the "reset" button - THEN immediately set YOUR local time zone (I'm assuming you're in Pacific time zone and it defaults to Eastern. So SET ZONE right after you RESET the unit. At 3 or 5 in the morning it should do a complete update for you. There is also a little "Antenna" icon on the unit - you should see that with several 'waves' if you've got a good signal. Also, put the radio/clock on the side of your house that most closely faces Denver, Colorado. Try those and let me know how it goes for you. Thanks,
