Check your Qt filter and set it to zero also.
Hmmm... just a few troubleshooting thoughts:
1) If the T7400 are able to Rx from the T5530, we know they are on the same freq. So this would lead one to believe they have a code or Qt problem. Double check your code on the T7400. Double check the batteries on the T7400s. With a bad battery you could have Tx issues, as it takes more energy to Tx than Rx.
2) Try changing all the channels to Ch1 and code zero, Qt -. See if this helps.
3) If they all take the same type of batteries, you could try trading the batteries among the radio and see if the problem moves to another unit. If so, you have bad batteries, chargers or they need their contacts cleaned with a pencil eraser.
If this doesn't find the problem. Comment back and we'll think on it some more.
You are welcome. Glad you found the problem.

The Qt is either "-" or "Y". Default is "-". We tried it both ways with no luck. These units are brand new out of the box, though we bought them some time ago(if that makes a difference).
Thanks for staying with me. You deserve to know that I'm not as smart as I'd like to be. I didn't think that both units would have battery problems at the same time (especially in new equipment). Finally, after several attempts at charging the batteries I changed batteries. Everything is fine. Thanks for the help.
