I have a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse, and want to use the ''LogitechLockStatus.widget'' on my XP computer to display if the caps lock key is set or off. The problem is everything I find all wants to sell me a registry cleaner, when all I need is the driver to run the widget file...
This isn't brain surgery, I just hope someone can give me a free solution.

a couple things that you might try first hook up a wired keyboard first. then once you get that working alone with the mouse then try and connect the wireless keyboard. if it does not detect make sure make sure that the usb widget is plugged in and that you have FRESH BATTERIES. I WOULD ALSO SUGGEST JUST USING A LOGITECH WIRELESS KEYBOARD WITH TOUGHPAD. GOOD LUCK.
You need the wireless receiver to go with the mouse & keyboard. Plug the receiver into a USB port and windows XP (or Vista or Win7) should automatically install the drivers for it.If this does not happen then there may be specific drivers on the logitech web site.
Once the drivers are installed, the mouse and keyboard should work (assuming batteries have been installed in them!)
Try to plug in anothor USB port of your PC then restart. If it needs to syncronize push the little button on the wireless USB and the link button on the mouse (on some wireless models it has to link).
Mikomi doesn't have its own drivers. You can try using Logitech Setpoint (any version works) http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/support_downloads/ downloads/&cl=us,en?selectedcrid=398&selectedcid=152#
Download the one that most resembles your mouse. You can see the various mice from the drop down menu or choose the one that you see in this link..
First download and run regscrub xp and ccleaner to clean up your system then try uninstalling and reinstalling the logitech setpoint software and try the keyboard and mouse again. Let me know if this works.
