I have a lexmark x2350. I installed a new printer cartridge but after i replaced the cartridge would not go back to normal postion and would not print. the computer kept giving the top is pen messages. I rechecked the cartridge to make sure there was no tape or anything else covering it and it looked fine. I replaced and same thing as before. So I powerd down computer and printer and brought both back up.I then tried to print an alignment page the paper started to feed but would feed crooked. I checked for FOD but could not find any and replaced the paper. tried printing again and this time the printer keeps saying there is a paper jam. I have looked all over the internals and have found no paper jams. My next resort is to replace the cartrdige that was installed. but if anyone else has had this issue or knows of a fix for it let me know. thanks

I've replaced a new ink cartridge & now the paper won't feed properly. When it does catch, it pulls it crocked the right & then nothing. My lexmark all-in-one was working perfectly before I changed the ink cartridge & now I can't even get it to load paper. I've turned off the power, checked it for lose objects, even tried different paper. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
