Stupid furnace keeps blowing fuses

First of all, is it blowing fuses on the high voltage side, or low voltage side, which would probably be plugged into a circuit board?

Take an amp draw on it and document the Amperage as each component comes on. There is a plate on the system that indicated full draw amps. If you come close to that, most likely you have a bad blower motor.
