Re: i try to fix my pioneer deh2300, but no sound.....
If you have verified that indeed all the wires are connected as to where they are supposed to be connected, pls try: 1. Activating Internal Speaker to ON in the DFS Alarm Function' 2. the brown wire (or whatever color wire it is that is to be attached to a mobile phone) must not be connected to anything; 3. try all sources, AM, FM, CD; 4. check that none of the speaker wires is grounded.
Pls post back for any developments or the lack of it. Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

When it cuts out, then if you dont get an 'AMP errror', on the display, then it sounds like your speakers are faulty. Try using a different pair of speakers temporarily to prove if its the Pioneer or the speakers.
If its the Pioneer, then back to base unser Warranty or repair shop.
I want you to attach an external mouse and see if you can get the cursor to move. If it does, you have a defective driver. Microsoft can diagnose and fix that problem in three easy clicks.CLICK HERE for the diagnostic and fix.
Fred = Mary +3
7*mary = 6/7 *Fred
substitute fred =mary + 3
7m = 6/7 * (mary + 3)
7m = 6/7*m + 6/7*3
7m - 6/7*m = 6/7*3
m = (6/7*3) / (7-6/7)
m=0.419 years old
substitue m into fred = mary+3
Fred = 3.419 Years old
The same thing happened to my XMP3, I had to send it to Pioneer for a replacement XMP3........call Pioneer @ (800) 421-1404, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Pacific time.
HDMI version is 1.3 in your receiver.The current version is 1.3b. I would suggest calling Pioneer cust assistance and see if there is a firmware update. Your unit has a 2 year parts & labor warranty. Their # is 1-800-421-1404 It sounds like a CODEC issue. Hope this helps
Sounds like the flex cable has failed. I have the N1 and when the flex cable snapped, the screen still worked, but the backlight is off. Pioneer issued a recall of the flex for N1 and N2's. They will fix it for free.
