Question about Microsoft Office Professional 2007 Full Version for PC
Why is my doc only printing every other line? Other docs in Excel are fine. Email too. Not an ink problem. 2 docs in a row now, but my 16 yr old son did the last one and may have changed something.
Dear pony, it could be because you might have changed your print settings.
You can press CTRL+P to change settings
You might also select the text you want to print and print selected.
You can also format the text by going into formatting options of MS word.
This can be because you've put the number of copies to 2. Thats why its printing again. Change it to default and it should fix your problem
If that has helped you please press 'fixya'

Dear pony, thank you for your explanation. Then you might like to format the text or bold it. Go to formatting options border it, highlight it and print it. I hope that should work.
You also might like to check your cartridge, what printer are you using ? Have you been able to print other prints and not THIS one ?
just check the cartridge settings.
Dear pony, if that were the case you should've gotten a warning about trial version. Inspite of the fact that i think it has something to do with cartridge try re installing your MS word if you think its something with it. I hope you'll be able to fix it.
If not try getting your hardware check please.

Thanks for your response. I am not getting 2 copies, but rather the printing problem has gone into two successive documents. It prints only every other line--I don't know why. Everything seems to be OK in settings, but I may be missing something. I tried to shade text and right click to print, but that command isn't recognized. Rather I got an editing menu instead, w/o a print option. Any other ideas?
Celibate, it seems that the only printing issues are within ms office. I can print fine from Excel (but it was installed before) and websites, etc. I am running the HP Photosmart 2610xi printer.
Would it have anything to do with the fact the Office system I am using is a "trial"? The weird part is, I think I printed fine from it initially.....
