Bluetooth connection problem with Samsung A640 and Microsoft Sync
I have had my Samsung A640 since last year and had no problems using bluetooth with other devices, but we just got a 2008 Ford Focus that has Microsoft Sync and at first when pairing devices, it worked great. Now there are times where my bluetooth phone does not connect with Sync, even though I have the visibility set to "always visible" and bluetooth enabled. There are also times where the phonebook download fails, and then other times where the phonebook downloads just fine.
I really am not sure if this is a Samsung A640 issue or if it is a Sync problem. There is no real support on the Sync website. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you might need to syncronise the webcam with the bluetooth device http://download.cnet.com/%7Bvalue=http://www.download.com/microsoft-activesync/3000-2094_4-10031823.html Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5 is the latest sync software release for Windows Mobile-based devices. ActiveSync provides a great synchronization experience with Windows-based PCs and Microsoft Outlook right out of the box. ActiveSync acts as the gateway between your Windows-based PC and Windows Mobile-based device, enabling the transfer of Outlook information, Office documents, pictures, music, videos and applications to and from your device. In addition to synchronizing with a desktop PC, ActiveSync can synchronize directly with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 so that you can keep your e-mail, calendar data, tasks and contact information updated wirelessly when youre away from your PC. ActiveSync 4.5 supports PC sync via USB cable, Bluetooth, or infrared connection. hope this helps
