To attach the Baby Trend Infant Car Seat, recline
the seat all the way back.
• Position the Infant Car Seat, facing toward the
rear of the jogger, so that the seat shell goes
into the Child Tray and latches into place.
(Fig. 13a) Check that the Infant Car Seat
is firmly locked onto the Child Tray before
using.
• Check that the front Child Tray is firmly
attached to the jogger's armrests. Make sure
that the car seat locks into the front Child Tray.
Then turn tabs on stroller frame to lock the
front of the car seat into the stroller. (Fig. 13b)
• To remove the Infant Car Seat, squeeze the
release handle located at the foot-end of the
seat and carefully lift upward on the seat.

well, I know of a phone number for you to call to get a part replacement with Eddie Bauer.
Since the stroller probably isn't under warranty, you will have to pay for it.
The number is 1-800-544-1108.
They will need your strollers model number, which you already have I see.
Also, on that label will be a 6 digit date code, they will need that as well. This may have 2 letters at the end, but those aren't needed.
When you call they will automatically ask your name, phone number and address. The phone number is what you will use if you have to call again as your record number.

It cannot be folded with both seats on. If I remember correctly, you may be able to leave the rear seat on, but the front seat needs to be removed for sure. It is a pain for sure to remove and replace the seats each time you get in and out of the car. Sorry. Congrats on your twins thwough. =)
