When i insert a cd or dvd into my clarion vrx935vd it sais reading file then sais error 6 but everything else works fine. I already tried a hard reset by pushing the reset button with a paperclip with the face removed but that did not help. Does anyone know a remedy for this problem

Also, to check those speakers...try these steps:
Open your car speaker covers and pull out the speakers.
Once out, you can see which wires are connected to that speaker.
Writes them down, now do the other four.
First, you must disconnect the car battery when working on wires or removing the radio out or installing.
