Contact the nearest apple store. in most cases they would replace this stuff because they want the apple name to keep flying high. Or you'll have to replace the entire docking station if the lead is not sold seperately.

Wet IPod touch docking station

Turn your iPod off as quickly as possible after it becomes wet. The longer your device is on after it gets wet, the more likely it is to suffer severe or irreparable damage. Do not turn it on to see if it works; running power through the device can cause more damage.

I have a radial ipod doc. Today I have docked my ipod and pressed play and all I get is a hiss - like static. I have tried using the buttons and the remote to increase the volume/stop start. They seem...

I had the same problem, my dock was broken, but I got round it instantly by plugging my ipod into the speaker via the headphone port on the ipod and into the audio in port on the speaker. When new, the speaker actually came with a spare lead as you can plug any mp3 player into it this way. The sound quality seems exactly the same and I dont have to throw away the speakers, hurray! If you have lost the lead you need a 3.5 mm male to male headphone lead, just pence in any electrical shop or amazon.

When I try to charge my iPod on my AZ-1330D (AZ1330D/37) Docking Station I get the message "charging is not supported with this accessory." The IPod is a Generation 5 Nano.

There may not be enough power from the docking station to power the nano. There are also rare times when it wont charge because the ipod doesn't recognize it and wont charge to protect itself. Try plugging it in directly into your laptop if possible.

My Ipod Nano wont charge...

There may be a broken power cord that leads to the charger for the ipod in the nextplay dock. If there is only one broken wire leading to the charger or there is only something wrong with the actual charger in the dock itself, it will not affect any other part of the dock itself which allows the clock and other stuff to work like normal. Unless the one you still have is still under warranty, you will have to get another one.

New ipod nano not compatable with bose docking

This is true. The new iPod nano is not compatible with the original SoundDock. This only means that it won't charge the iPod's power. Audio should be okay. This is an Apple issue. They changed the way almost all of their iPods charge (except the iPod classic). Bose can upgrade the SoundDock for their normal repair fee of $99. This would also you a new 1 year warranty.

Docking station

Hi!

I would suggest that you by-pass any docking stations and connect it directly via usb charger as most ipods do. And also, try to update Itunes and your Ipod Nano software.

Thanks and good luck! =)

My Jensen ipod docking system wont charge my i touch

The older ipods charge using 12v, the newer ones (including the Touch 2nd gen) use 5v. So a lot of docks that will charge a nano will not charge a new Touch. If a dock says it will work with the iPhone then it will work with the newer iPod Touch (2nd gen).
If you have an old dock and want to charge a new Touch (sounds like the case here) then you can get an adapter. Scosche makes one just for this.

Bose docking statoin

They both use the same speakers, my personal opinion deems they are both the same. However the second SoundDock charges via USB pin, so it is future proof for future iPods.

Ipod nano not charging on docking system, it has low battery if none, can play with a little charge on ipod but has to be charged with plug first, the docking system is brand new aswell and is charging...

for some **** reason the new ipod nano (4th generation) does not support FireWire and therefore will not charge on any docking station that is a FireWire power sorce - which seems to be most of them out there!
have same problem so will end up charging from computer as docking station still plays the new nano, no point in buying new docking station just for sake of charging!
