How do i get it to work properly? Is it that it has a defect? I can't get either the pip or the pbp to work. The instruction book is not helpful at all...no trouble shooting for that sort of thing. when trying to use pbp picture side by side only one works. When trying to use pip only one works (either the little picture or the big picture. I see the words "pip no signal" . . . what does that mean? I am pressing the pip button on the remote... is it that I need to purchase a 2nd devise in order to make it work? Please help, thanks.
Yes, PIP allows you to view 2 channels at one, one being the analogue picture another being a cable/freeview or sattelite picture, if you only use one of these to view programmes, you will se a blank screen.

i have a 37 " Protron with the same issue i only get one picture to show i have video 1 with wii video 2 satellite video 3 2nd satellite component 1 dvd and when i hit source it only gives me sub: vga or coomponent 2 or Dvi option from pip source button ....
