A mains surge may have taken out the fuse. To find the fuse, remove it from the mains, remove the outer cover and follow where the power cable enters the case. There will be a PCBoard with a fuse on it. Always replace the fuse with one of exactly the same type and value!
Yes there is a fuse which is built within the oven. Open the back cover and locate the fuse which is located in the power supply board. Replace it with same value.
Ck and make sure the circuit breaker on the power panel on the house hasn't tripped.. If your microwave is within 6' of the kitchen sink, ck for a tripped GFCI controlling the power the microwave is plugged into. Good Luck, Ned
The Microwave should be on a different circuit than the fridge. If the fridge kicks on at the same time you have the microwave on high you can damage them with low voltage causing high amperage and blowing the fuse, try replacing the microwave fuse and try to run it off a circuit that the fridge is not on, New hoses have a dedicated plug for just the microwave oven, I own a 1.4 cubic foot oven and it had to have it's own plug due to the breaker size and wire size, it pulled to much power to be on that circuit. So change the fuse if that does not work and post here and will see what else to check, and please rate if this helps.
unplug your microwave; remove the top under the top you will see a small white cylinder
(a ceramic fuse) it looks like a glass fuse only made of white glass replace this they are sold at radio Shack
This model seems to have a fuse in a cylindrical white nylon fuse holder, probably located near the right rear.
It will also have a thermostat on the magnetron which may be out.
There
should also be a "mini-manual" hidden inside the unit behind the
control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is
very helpful when troubleshooting & testing.
