Are You Using Regular Or Alkiline?

cameras eat batteries fast. the best cameras have rechargable battery packs.

i'd use energizer or duracell. try to stay away from alkiline rechargables as they wear out fast. try Nickle Medal Hydrate Batteries (NiMH).

Camera says new batteries are dead

I found out how to fix it. (STEP 1.) Take out all of the batteries. (STEP 2.) Hold down the power button for 30 seconds. (STEP 3.) Put the batteries back in and you should be all set.

Kodak camera bad battery life

Okay, first of all, KODAK batteries are a waste of money. And second of all, make sure that you aren't using rechargeable batteries. And if you checked those, bring those batteries back to the store bub, because those are some lousy 5% charged from the factory.

Samsung Digimax A7 digital camera

Contact the Samsung Technical support for a repair opinion Then look up your local Internet for a repair firm Bear in mind the likely cost will be heavy. It may be a case of you paying a lot of money for shipping/insurance/Inspection/only to find it cannot be repaired because of lack of parts.

Nikon Coolpix 775 autos off within 10 seconds

This is either due to one of two problems.

I will start with the simple 1 first.

Go to the menu settings, and select the "S" page, at the bottom is selection for AutoOff, check the settings for this. I would suggest 1 min being about average for most users.

Come out of the menu settings, and leave the camera for 1 min it should auto power down in about that time give or take a few seconds.

If this works then that is the problem solved.

The more complex issue is, that if you camera still is affected by short auto shut downs, then you need to buy a new battery. I paid about £5 for one of ebay, so they are available.

Hope this helps
