How to put music on micro card and play on phone

To have more storage capacity for your phone, delete unimportant SMS in your INBOX, OUTBOX and SENT ITEMS. Delete also unimportant pictures, videos, music and ringtones. The phone memory is relatively small and is shared to all data and other files that are stored in the phone. By deleting some of these will free you some memory.

Alternatively, you can also put in a Micro SD memory card (Memory Card model depends to what your cell phone is compatible of, Micro SD is a sample) to your phone which will also increase its storage capacity. A Micro SD Card look something like the picture below.

If you have Micro SD Card reader then insert the SD card in that reader and place it in USB. So that you will get an additional drive in My Computer. Then go to the new drive there you can see SOUNDS folder open and paste the songs. Remove and insert into Mobile phone and update the Music Library. Now play the music..

the music player on the phone. The application sometimes requires you to add the music to your library then your media player will play the songs.

you hve to make sure that the card was formatted for the phone first

when it is formatted, it should create folders for the phone

put the music into hte folder created for music by the phone

You have to drag and drop only the MP3 files into the music folder. If you have them organized and in folder by artist, drag only the MP3s into the card's Music folder.

i could be that the songs are not formatted correctly

buy a micro sd card from any electronics store, put it into your computer(card reader)move selected songs over to the card, take it out of computer and put into phone. Menu,media center, music and tones,my music

sharp, you have to format the SD through your phone and then copy the music to the folder provided by the phone for the music. make sure you check the playing / bitrate / file type of audio file that the phone is limited to play.

The only way the music can be played on a cell phone is if it is in mp3 format. you also have to list the songs individually (they cannot be separated into folders). to listen to the music you should have some sort of music player on the phone that will play the songs.
