Some faxes are saved but are deleted after they are bumped off by more recent faxes. look in the fax section and see if there is a jobs stored or recent faxes sent section. That would be the only way.

Well, this is a technical forum. I can tell you how it works but i don't know the costs of the machine.
I don't know how much is the difference (money) for the MPC2050 but i can tell one thing, it is much much much much better. The quality of the copy/print is the same because they share the same body (engine, PCU, Fusion, Transfer, etc) but the controller is very different for better.
The MPC2030 uses a GDI controller and the MPC2050 uses a GW controller.
That's the difference and believe it is big difference. Better printing options. Better scanner options.
If you can afford i advise you to buy the MPC2050.
