The manual is very unclear about:
1) Wiring.
2) Resetting the timer when encountering a problem due to surge, power outage, or malfunction.
3) Troubleshoot section is missing.

Carly, the owners manual for the model number you listed is not available online. However, if you call Dimplex USA, Technical Service 888-346-7539, they can help you.

Dimplex has a Service Manual for your Heater. I recommend requesting the manual through their Literature Request website. I located the owner's manual and the troubleshooting guide via their website, but it appears you will need to request the Service Manual.

Dimplex products are typically sold at most Home Depot and professional electrical supply houses. However, they rarely will have all the literature for those products in their stores.

Dimplex once provided an online list for all their heaters and thermostats, but no longer have the product manuals available on their website for customer download. They make both 120V-AC and 240V-AC versions and several different models, so I can't safely provide you with the wiring connections, since each installation is different and depends on the type of thermostat and heater(s) being utilized.

So now that I've given you the bad news, let's move onto the good news!Dimplex now uses an online request form for customers to get manual and literature on all their products. They'll send you the manual for your Dimplex product free, once you submint the request.
