Dear sir h4 signal is fuser unite please you call a technician and solve your problem
The H4, H5, H3, H2 codes are usually fuser (Hot Rollers) related. Clear all jammed paper in fuser area, then on control panel punch in these keys: P-Interrupt-P-Interrupt within 7 seconds. Then punch in 14, copy start, on LCD enter and Yes, then CA. If it doesn't clear and do a restart, then remove the fuser from the front after removing the 2 phillips screws. Left door needs to be open also. On the bottom of fuser is a small push button that may have tripped. Push to reset. Reassemble and try again.
