I have a sony ericcson w810i by roger's i am not getting to connect to the net the provider give me all the details to connect but still i ent getting through i dont have a manual some one give me the phone it says check settings in problems presits contact provider canu hep me with this

hi there 46-79 , you dont say how you are trying to connect the Sony W810i , are you using USB cable or bluetooth to try and connect the W810i ? if your using bluetooth you will need to purchase a bluetooth dongle for the laptop so it can communicate with your mobile. If you are using a usb cable to connect the laptop to your Sony W810i make sure you are using the proper type of usb cable , some usb cables are not suitable for connecting mobiles to a PC or a laptop.visit sony ericcsons website and sign up for free to find out the comaptible types of usb cable for your mobile...
Brother it seems your phone's software problem. Such problem can be occured due to removal of battery in it's active mode or use the phone in less charged battery. Solution is to reflash it with new files...Any good technician with understandign of sony-erric's CID security and nice tools like Universal Box, SE TOOL can do this for you but he will charge you for that. It is not possible to do anything without tools, tools and rather costly.
