Graph plotting hello,this is rachana doing my M.Tech. ptoject work .i am doing M.Tech. in instrumentation . presently using ms offfice 2003, 2007 and want to know how i can plot score graph in excel. thanks in advance

Dear rachana, In MS word 2007 you can go to Insert then there are multiple graph patterns given in it, like column, pie and scatter chart. Just put your values in it and it click ok, you will get the chart on worksheet. Its that simple.

How do I clear things left in the stat plot window?

To clean the slate so to speak, just reset the RAM.
  1. Press [2nd][+] to access the (MEM)ory management function
  2. Press [7:Reset]
  3. Press [1:All Ram]
  4. Press [2:Reset]
  5. Press [CLEAR] to erase the "RAM cleared" Message

ERR: INVALID DIM (That's the error message I receive every time I try to graph an equation)

Hello,
[2nd][MEM][7:Reset][1:All ram][2:Reset] [ENTER]. Screen shows RAM cleared. Clear the screen and use [Y=] to enter the functions you want to graph.

When trying to use the graph functions get error:Invalid dim

Look at the Y= screen. If If Plot 1, or more, is On (dark) along the top, you have to turn it off. Select STAT PLOT, (2nd Y=), then 4, (Plots Off), then Enter. Your screen should say Plots Off Done. Graph should now work.
